LPSMC have recently opened their newest and most exciting venture – Lake Pilates – on the foreshore of beautiful Lake Wendouree. We are located upstairs at the Ballarat City Rowing Club

We provide both personalised equipment programs, and floor based group classes to individuals and groups including clubs, schools, and businesses. Our equipment is brand new and includes Reformers, Trapeze Tables, Combo Chairs, and Ladder Barrels. Please feel free to view for yourself what we believe to be the best exercise venue in Ballarat.
